Balloon & Rental Deposit

Balloon with rental requires a $250 non refundable deposit. If I cancel you will be fully refunded. If you cancel or fail to pay the remaining balance on time that is considered a cancellation on your part for failing to meet payment due date and still falls under non refundable.
